The Geek wasn't designed in a boardroom. It was developed at Lost River Camp in Northern Saskatchewan, where questionable lure ideas have a way of becoming fishing tackle.

Born on the Geikie, this little bastard spent countless hours being tweaked, tested, fished, destroyed, rebuilt, and fished some more until we landed on something that did exactly what we wanted.

Cast it out and the Geek comes alive beneath the surface, swimming with the flash and movement of a spoon. Slow it down, lift the rod, and hop it across the surface like a top-water toad.

One lure, two completely different presentations. And the fish don't seem particularly concerned about what it's supposed to be.

Pike have absolutely hammered it. We've watched it get eaten, abused, dragged through the weeds, and sent right back out for more. The result is one of the strangest lures we've ever made, and one of the most fun to fish.
